Through her experience with communities and veterans, Jennifer contributes to the expansion of Atulchaka's vision, creating safe and intentional spaces where people can reconnect with their bodies, their voices, and their inner peace.

Jennifer Puentes is a U.S. Navy veteran, holistic wellness leader and advocate, committed to empowering women—especially those with a military background—to reconnect with their voice, their health, and their inner peace.
As part of Atulchaka's Women's Healing Initiative, Jennifer brings a conscious and trauma-sensitive approach to supporting the healing, resilience, and personal transformation processes within the Nature-Based Womb Healing Retreat program.
Throughout her career working with military veterans and vulnerable populations, she has coordinated high-impact programs, strengthened the community fabric, and developed a unique capacity to sustain safe and transformative spaces.
Her life experiences and training allow her to design and support programs based on resilience, cultural awareness, and intentional healing, creating environments where women feel seen, supported, and renewed.
She holds a degree in Public Administration from Florida International University, and has been a scholarship recipient in programs at Harvard University and Purdue University.
In recognition of his commitment to the veterans community, he has received awards from organizations such as the Wounded Warrior Project and the Chris Kyle Foundation.
At Atulchaka, Jennifer contributes to the development and facilitation of experiences that integrate holistic well-being, community, and healing in nature, accompanying women on their path of reconnection, empowerment, and transformation.
